Yes, new patients are always welcome – although wait times might be long at certain points in the year, we frequently have appointments open up due to cancellations.

2. Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No, you do not require a referral.

3. Are your services covered under Medicare?

No, we are not covered under Medicare but we are covered under most health insurance policies and direct billing is usually available if you have coverage.

4. Can you order standard bloodwork?

No, we are not able to order standard bloodwork, but we are able to provide guidance on what testing to seek out and how to get it done through e-visit or GP/NP. Our NDs are able to help you interpret your bloodwork and provide guidance.

5. Do you work with private labs for specialized testing?

Yes, we have accounts with a variety of private labs across North America and Europe; we can test for hormone imbalance, stress levels, digestive health issues, food allergies, heavy metal toxicity, cardiometabolic risk factors, genetic testing with a nutritional focus, Lyme Disease and more.

6. How do I book an appointment?

You can simply call or email the clinic to set up an appointment. No referral is required!
